Despite the last traces of the brown dullness known as winter, this autumn photo of Sam with his tongue out always provides me the color I need to get through this drab period before spring announces its beautiful self replacing that dreary landscape of winter season. The glorious color is the cherry on top of a ‘pooch sundae.’ He rarely let’s it all hang out, but when he does, it makes me smile. Happy Tongue Tuesday.
Live, love, bark! <3
beautiful photo.
Thank you!
Brown dullness…wow, loved that.
Thanks! There’s just no other way to describe a high mountain dessert in winter. 😉
Sam can brighten the most dismal day! I love this photo. ♥
Thank you! It’s hard not to smile when encountering this goofball.
Let it all hang out my friend – I am with you and so ready for SPRING! XOXO – Bacon
😉
What a handsome boy! Great smile in that photo… We’re getting a good and much needed drenching out here in Nor Cal. The past few weeks were dry and warm so my yard has started blossoming which is nice. Hang in there the last couple of weeks of winter. Spring will have sprung soon.
Glad you’re getting some much needed precip. It’s been windy and dry for the most part; I’m hoping a few spring storms will visit us. 😉
We totally agree!
Keep Calm & Bark On!

There’s something special when a pup smiles. ღ
handsome and approachable… and can commit. Just the right kind of guy
A personable kind of shameless cad! 😉
Sam that is a reason to show your tongue when spring came to your town :o) I remember the first time Easy panted and showed his tongue. We were in the car while rush hour on the way to the main city of our department… I was totally over the top so Mark stopped the car because he thought we have a disaster … and then I showed him that Easy started to pant… wow, how was he surprised :o) bet he pondered about a trip to the couch dogtor for me that day :o)
Sometimes those ‘firsts’ are a bit scary. Good you guys didn’t have an accident because of it. <3
What a handsome photo, Sam! It’s good that you’re around to make your Mom smile 🙂 *ear licks* Noodle
Thanks, Noodle. Yes, making people smile is Sam’s best quality. ღ
