That’s too funny. I think that’s how my mom’s dog feels, but here they get free reign of the couch, the bed…you name it. Also the post about Elsa eating the blanket was cute. I couldn’t help but laugh at the possibility.
I love this! Bentley was not allowed on the couch until Pierre moved in with us and made himself at home on the couch. I was always worried about Bentley’s short legs jumping up and down on it but he does fine.
I think I worked harder at home on Monday than I would have at the vet hospital. But that’s ok – had things that had to get done. My weekends start on Thursdays when I get home. 😊
As dog pawrents, we all often sit on the floor while the dog rests comfortably on the sofa. With a pillow. And a blanket. Usually with a treat tucked under its paw. LOL
I am the only one that gets on the couch – Bailey & Hazel can no longer jump up and Mom doesn’t want them to hurt themselves jumping down either

Lmao now that is funny
😅
That is very funny! Thanks for the giggle!
🙂 Glad to know you and your blog.
Thank you for swinging by the Ranch. We ღ visitors.
Too funny! Thanks for joining the Thankful Thursday Blog Hop!
Hahahaha. Bear Cat would tell you that if you just keep getting on the couch … the humans will eventually give up … no matter how stubborn they are 🙂
That is a such a good one!
Smart dog! We all get the couch, bed, our heart’s desires here…on account we far outnumber the humans!! Heeheehee ;p
Thanks for the kind words of support.
the critters in the cottage xo
Cute cartoon.
That’s gotta be an awful expensive rate to rent a couch by the hour!
😉

Spoiled rotten, blanket eating dogs. Yup, cuz that’s the way we roll around the Ranch. 😁
hahaha. That’s so cute. But, heck, Rita gets couch privileges – and all the therapy sessions she needs – here. 🙂
You’d like our house then!

Funny how they manage to work around that. 😁
We are lucky we are allowed on the coach.
Hehe love this picture, except usually I AM THE ONE trying to get on the couch 🙂 Dogs usually take it over
For me it’s no shorter – I had to “work” this morning to make up for Monday. But that’s okay – I enjoyed it.
Sorry you didn’t get a break Monday. Here’s hoping you quickly move toward your weekend. Whatever day that is. 🙂

Woo-hoo. Not long at all. Good for you. Here’s hoping there’s some free (or at least ‘inexpensive) time for you ‘this’ weekend. 😍
LOL! Smart dog!
“What’s a work week?” said Harper Lee and Tallulah. They definitely know what a couch is. 😉
Bwahaha!
We gave the dogs their own couch. 🙂 But someone needs to tell Delilah that. She gets around the rule by jumping on the human, on the couch.
She must a law school graduate. Being able to find loopholes is a great life skill. 😇
At $200 per hour that dog had better enjoy it.
BOL!
3 bum swings! 3 more!
Nose nudges,

On the couch…, oh that would be heaven. Ms. Zulu and Benji.
Yeah, yeah, we all say we’re fine, 🙂
Boy, ain’t THAT the truth?!

Snorts with piggy laughter! Love this my friend <3 XOXO – Bacon

Too often the sofa in our house is occupied by 8 paws!
