A few of my FB friends have gone AWOL today. I suspect they worried about being triggered by some violent images posted online. Wouldn’t it be great if we commemorated this sad day by doing things for others? I’d much rather see those stories in my feed than pics of smoking buildings.
Every year it’s the same punch to the gut when recalling that day many years ago. Like you, I cannot bear any more smoking buildings. Couldn’t then, can’t now either.
