Yes, this weekend is busy with grooms, going to Jeff’s band gig that’s outside a museum on the bank of the TN river, eating out and friends over on Sunday. Whew I will need Monday to rest.

He’s…ahem…well let’s just say less than enthusiastic about the whole baby sister thing. But his engagement with her lately has been warming my heart while making her very happy (now if she’d just not play so rough but that’s another issue). We’ll take these small steps of progress any day!
It has been insanely busy around here, too. And, Ducky’s fifth “Gotcha Day” is on Sunday. It’s hard to believe! Our little ninjas have both come a long way in the time they’ve been with us. (I just looked over at her – she’s stretched out on the couch, fast asleep, after barking her fool head off at us.)
