We’re trying a new cleaning tool around the Ranch…this one’s aim is a bit off target most of the time but works mostly as well as the commercial Swiffer version. When that tail gets going, boy the dust ends up…going, going, gone!
Sam and I ‘pawticipated’ at the hospital’s annual Heroes of Hope benefit race/walk for cancer survivor’s over the weekend. We hope to have a post chronicling our adventures soon. Let’s just say Sam is still a competitor, even if he has to stop along the route to administer therapy to all the well wishers and course volunteers. Knuckleheaded dog.
Hope you had as ‘wagnificent’ a weekend we did. Here’s to a ‘pawsome’ week!
Live, love, bark! 🐾
That is a excellent idea, the tail needs to earn it’s keep.
😁
OMD HILARIOUS!! It’s much cuter than the other version too!
BOL!
# bum swings! 3 more!💜

How handy to have an extra duster!

Ironically, you’d never know looking around. BOL
You two are wonderful! Glad you and Miss Elsa are feeling better! And yes, Sam’s tail does resemble that Swiffer to some degree. 😉 Callie and Shadow used to do all my low-level dusting for me. But, alas, the years march on. Ducky is more like a bull in a china shop. 🤣
No doubt the ‘china shop’ gets dusted just a little bit 😍
That is so funny! Our Golden used to clear the coffee table with his tail. ♥ You can’t blame Sam for greeting adoring fans!
{Giggle} Those long tails have their own special drawbacks but are terrific to keep clutter at bay…otherwise it ends up being swept away!
Oh, how FABulous! A free duster!!!!! Ma says my tail is too short, butts I could gets my beard to grow that long……nah…then it would be a Wet-Jet! BOL!!!! (cause I slobber….heheheee)
Anyhu, CONGRATS on the race! I bets you guys had a FABulous time, and everyone loooooved you Sam!!
Kisses,
Ruby ♥
Wet-Jet…I LOVE it!!
A ‘beardy’ Swiffer…LOVE that idea. Talk about recycling crumbs! 😆
If Luke’s tail was just a little fluffier….he can really get that thing going sometimes, and it hurts if it hits you! 🙂
Ooh, ooh…we love the high speed models!
Jakey has the same swiffer kind of tail…Now, if only he was a few inches taller… 😉
Hopefully he has better aim than Sam.
Cheers to participating in the good cause!
Great to see you finally got that blue poodle you wanted but it was cruel to bob its tail.
Apparently blue is even more hypo-allergenic. 🐩
Haha, I could use that guy around here!
Not a knucklehead…a great therapy dog, is Sam I Am. 🙂 Kudos to you for pawticipating in that walk. After the last one we did, (in August in TN, when temps reach the upper 90’s) I told the organizers we would be back when they scheduled it for a cooler time of the year so my little black dog didn’t drop over dead.
It’s been warm on previous occasions, we got lucky it was cool on Saturday. 50’s are perfect for race events. Race in hot temps and high humidity are wrong for both peeps and pups.
Mom would have been too cold. We would have been like spring lambs, he, he. ~Lucy
Once the race started, you were nice and toasty.
No cancer survivors here. RIP, Kyla and Kenzie.
It’s a horrible disease and one researchers are working hard to eradicate for both peeps and pets.
What a great shot of your tail and it does look a lot like that duster. Too cute.
I linked this post to Awww Mondays.
Have a woof woof day you two. My best to your peeps. ♥
Thank you for the link. The peeps at the hospital kept saying his tail looked like a Swiffer and when he gets it going, the dust is gone!
Looks like I need to talk to the groomer about shaping River’s tail to just the right shape, so that I can put her to work!
Ask for a long Swiffer pom! BOL
That’s what I was thinking! She’ll know exactly what that would look like.
😁
You’re new cleaning tool looks like a lot more fun than the commercial version. 🙂 Glad you pawticipated in the Heros of Hope benefit. We had our local Relay For Life on Saturday. Unfortunately, Tippy didn’t get to go. But, despite the downpours, we had a great event. Ridding the world of cancer and supporting survivors is a passion of mine.
And no refills are needed! We are big fans of supporters of eradicating the big C, too. The hospital we visit has a large cancer center and does amazing work. Those people are angels on earth! Extra ear scratches for Tippy. I’m sure she was with you in spirit if not there on all fours.
That’s why we also do Bark For Life, so she can help in “person” (dogson?)
In the furs…I like that kind of pawticipation!
wow Sam that was great to walk for chasing away da evil big C. we had magic gloves once from our junk store… they were sure magic… after a minute you wished to be hairy potter to ban this gloves to hell or to northpole ;O)))
We are having that same issue with garden sprinklers. They work for one minute then wizard magic takes over and they stop.
we have a fourlegged one… works always even at the wrong place ;O)))))))
Bwahaha! That ‘brand’ always works but the plants don’t like it.
