It’s a very special urban setting. Hard to believe it’s so close to downtown.
So stunning and relaxing.
It’s a beautiful place in the heart of the city.
That is a beautiful sunrise! Where I live, it would mean the steel plant’s dumping the hot slag again (There’s nothing prettier than a bright orange sky at midnight, I tell you!)
I grew up in a steel town, I remember those glow in the dark night dumps. Guess this day and age, we’d all cheer because it meant there were 17 people at work.
When me and my sisters were kids and the sky lit up orange, we said they were “dumping the hot.” It was great free entertainment for poor folks like us…
As a child, it was a sight that captivated and terrified me. Ahhh, now THOSE were the days.

Love it! Another prime example of how I enjoy the colors at sunrise more than sunset. Especially when water is involved.
