That is a beautiful sunrise! Where I live, it would mean the steel plant’s dumping the hot slag again (There’s nothing prettier than a bright orange sky at midnight, I tell you!)
I grew up in a steel town, I remember those glow in the dark night dumps. Guess this day and age, we’d all cheer because it meant there were 17 people at work.
When me and my sisters were kids and the sky lit up orange, we said they were “dumping the hot.” It was great free entertainment for poor folks like us…
Aaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhh……….you can feel the blood pressure going down looking at that scene. ♥
It’s a very special urban setting. Hard to believe it’s so close to downtown.
So stunning and relaxing.
It’s a beautiful place in the heart of the city.

As a child, it was a sight that captivated and terrified me. Ahhh, now THOSE were the days.
WOW!
☺️
That’s the view out your front window, right?
Practically.
Love it! Another prime example of how I enjoy the colors at sunrise more than sunset. Especially when water is involved.
Thanks. It’s a favorite spot to view the downtown skyline…add a lake and I’m in Nirvana!
Wow, nice!
Thank you. There are some sensational sunrises sometimes.
Marvelous photo!
Happy Times to you,

I did in fact. It was taken at a nearby park which has a small lake. I love that view because it highlights the city skyline.
Furbulous!

So beautiful! Happy Wednesday!
That’s not a shark fin I am seeing in the lake, is it?
LOL 😂 Nah, it’s just a shallow water marker for boats. 🦈
So beautiful! Enjoy!
Always.
What a fabulous shot. Wow.
Have a wonderful Wordless Wednesday. Scritches to Sam and Elsa. ♥
We’re very blessed to have this view so close. #lovesunrises
OK, sunrise is over-get to work.
What that view sparked will stay with us all. day. long.
Mother Nature saying, “put your CGI technology back in the box; I got this.”

Sunrises like that make my heart sing. And to think that’s just a few blocks away from the Ranch. We are very lucky.
You are very lucky!
