Monday Musings ~ November 16, 2020

Egad…we’ve reached the latter half of November…how in the dog did THAT happen? While in many ways 2020 has seemed to drag on and on, it’s still incomprehensible there is a mere six weeks left in a year we’d all probably like to forget.

What’s a Ranch Hand to do? How ’bout we start the week out with another Indian Hills sign. Last week’s musing seemed to tickle you guys so let’s go with “an udder.”

Signs

Here’s hoping this week is “udderly” fantastic.

Live, love, bark! 🐾

  1. Such an adorable sign…..the more giggles people get at this point the better I say. If we don’t try to keep smiling, we’ll all break down and cry!

    Hugs, Pam (and Ted)

    1. Oh no, Ruby, sorry to hear that. Stay safe and know we’re thinking of you and sending oodles of well wishes your way.

  4. That sign is a smile-maker. A neighbor told me that her company is anticipating work from home only until April of next year. If that’s true, I will be too. (But I love it! Just not the reason for it.)

    1. There are definitely pros and cons to working at home. Let’s hope we can get to a point where working from home becomes a memory. 🤞🏻

    1. They have been improving my disposition by leaps and bounds. Here’s hoping your week is udderly wagnificent!

  5. BOL – very clever and very punny!!! We will gladly take an udderly fantastic week – and the same to you.

Woos – Lightning, Misty, and Timber

  6. Um…I nearly snorted my coffee all over the computer! Then the computer would be an udder failure. BOL!

That will have me giggling all night at my work, and goodness knows a good chuckle goes a long way in a nursing home, esp this year. Lets just erase it out of the books altogether! I wish…

    1. We’re always happy to spread smiles, especially on a Monday. It is Monday, right? 😁 Every day seems like Blursday anymore. Whatever day it is, hope yours is ‘pawsome!’

    1. Every year above ground is good but 2020 has been quite a lulu! Here’s to a ‘pawsome’ week.

  7. An udder failure is my guess. Love those signs. The play on words makes me chuckle.

It has been a trying year, but I turned off the news long ago and since then the year hasn’t been all that bad.

Have a fabulous day and week. Scritches to the pups. ♥

    1. Vince is pretty clever with his word play and goodness knows we all can use a smile or two to get through these trying times. Have a great week, Sandee!

  8. It’s been a strange year, hasn’t it? At first, that virus seemed to kind of hinder things progressing at their usual speed, but then it was a constant race of news, and that made the year really rush by.

    1. A year I hope to never repeat, that’s for sure. Here’s to a ‘wagnificent’ week! (( ))

  9. then it’s just a cow and they are good creatures all on their own. After all how many humans are truly useful? I know it’s a pun, and it’s funny, thanks for a monday joke.
