Happy Birthday, America from this red, white and blue pup. As we celebrate America’s 239th birthday, remember to be safe and protect your pup from the stress of fireworks. Today, of all days, make sure his collar is especially secure and ID tags visible. And don’t underestimate the power of Bach’s Rescue Remedy and lavender essential oils to calm your pets. Have a great weekend!

I have to pick up some lavender oil, this past 4th was very stressful for Sampson.
Love the photo of Sam all decked out.
In our house, lavender has a nearly god-like reputation. Works on stressed dogs, over active grandkids and cranky bosses. 😉
Beautiful picture. Happy 4th of July, have a wonderful Sunday.
Happy 4th of July weekend! ♥ You are our Yankee Poodle Dandy!
Aw, thanks…blush, blush.
Love the pic of Sam n his patriotic bandana! My girls are just chillin now. We had some “Mom and Me” time in the yard earlier. It just got a bit too humid for this human. Come to think of it, Ducky has a patriotic bandana on, too; but she’s asleep and I don’t want to wake her.
Hope it’s been red, white and blue grand!
I think it’s hot pretty much everywhere. Here’s hoping for some temperate temps…soon!
I got this earlier today but forgot to come say how handsome Sam is. And patriotic. LeeAnna
Thanks. Hope you’re having a terrific 4th!
Thanks for the tips and have a happy and safe 4th!!
Happy Independence Day! Are you going to have a BBQ?

LOL, why am I not surprised you ate your bandana? Oh Easy, is there anything you WON’T eat? 🙂 Stay cool. I saw how high the temps were yesterday. Egad!
