It’s Friday…yippee! So looking forward to the weekend, how about you? We’ve been hard at work reorganizing the garage in anticipation of Wayne’s California belongings arriving on Monday. Building shelves, organizing more efficiently and condensing my stuff so that we can fit our belongings together has been an ongoing endeavor since we came back. Combining households is no easy venture…there’s only so much room you have to deal with and (sadly) we all tend to fill our space. When you add more possessions in the same amount of square footage, something has got to go. So I’ve been diligently purging clothes, bedding, extra kitchen utensils and other stuff like crazy. Why oh why did I hang on them in the first place is beyond explanation. 🙂
As you can see, Sam continues to ‘snoopervise‘ our hard work
rotten lazy dog. Maybe he’s resting up in anticipation of next week’s hospital visits.
Wishing you and yours a wonderful weekend full of pawsitive accomplishments and fun.
Live, love, bark! <3

A good sunpuddle must be enjoyed 🙂 Good luck with the reorganization!
Smiles and sun puddles…totally what makes life special. ღ
When Kissy and I moved down here from our home on Long Island, her idea of supervision was about the same as your Sam’s idea. She was a big help. 😉
This kind of help is better than 4 legs right in the middle of everything.
You’ve got that right! 😊
Ahhh yes…. I remember all too well! My husband is my second husband……..when I moved in with him…OMG the amount of stuff I had to get rid of! Unreal!! DakotasDen
Welcome to my world! 😉
I remember when my husband and I merged possessions and suddenly we had two of so many things, it was insane. The one and only garage sale ever in my life took place right about that time.
having only done one garage sale which was not too successful and far more work than the return, I plan to donate 99% of the extraneous stuff and ditch the rest. It feels good to purge and going through boxes has been a lot like Christmas morning seeing things I hadn’t in many years. 😉
All this snoopervision is draining!
Keep Calm & Bark On!
Murphy & Stanley
….fun is where you find it….
Sam is the best supervisor!
He makes it look so easy. 😉
Dogs, the ultimate experts at filling space. I swear they can stretch to three-times their size when they want to.
Just like their uprights…we fill our space up with stuff rather than stretched out legs!
You’re bringing in a Californian? Soon you’ll be posting “That’s rad, fur shure”.
Actually he’s a home town ‘boy’ who lived in California and has come home which is even more surprising. We hadn’t seen each other for over 40 years until we reconnected!
he’s dreaming of a happy house
But he already lives in a happy castle! 😉
I get Sam’s point – cleaning out can be a big, tough, exhausting job. Unless you’re like my mom. She is a compulsive cleaner-outer. Some people believe you should toss things you haven’t used in a year. Mom will toss things she hasn’t used in an hour!! Sheesh!
Love and licks,
Oooh, now that’s an idea I might have to explore! 😉
