As a nod to past travels and Easter week, this week’s edition of Almost Wordless Wednesday is a travel memory to Prague with a Czech artisan hand painting eggs. Makes you wonder what creature laid that egg over her shoulder, doesn’t it? Here’s to a good “Spy Wednesday.”Click on the link for details of why it’s sometimes known as “Spy” Wednesday.
Live, love, bark! 🐾

Great photo!
Thanks!
I had never heard of Spy Wednesday before! I was thinking there was some other Wednesday thing to do with Easter, but I can’t remember what now. LOL
I’d always known it as Good Wednesday. 😇
Hmm….wonder how many deviled eggs one could make from that egg?!
Bwahaha! A lifetime’s worth? 🤣
When I initially looked at the picture I thought “Isn’t it a bit too early for Thanksgiving?” Maybe it’s a giant turkey egg…
If that came from a turkey, I’d hate to have been the wrangler!
That is a big egg! thank you so much for your thoughtful card. It helps to have friends that care

😍
Figured it had to do with Judas. And maybe that’s a dino egg!
Good guess! You’re so smart.
She looks like she might have hatched from that egg.
Oh no…you did not just say that. Really?!
What a wonderful shot of Prague…and yes, they must have some humungous chickens LOL!
I fear they might have come from something other than a chicken!
Maybe it came from Big Bird’s mother:) Beautiful artwork.

Ha…now that’s an idea! This lady was incredibly talented and created some exquisite eggs. So much so, I brought a couple home.
Don’t think I’d want to meet the adult male of that species, either! But omigosh, the talent!!
Painting is hard enough, but she does it on a curved surface! Yikes, such an artisan. And yes, you’re so right about not wanting to see the male of that species!! Eek.
that’s like a decorative dinosaur egg!
So pretty but makes you wonder about the size of its mama!!
I can hear the thugs now…hard boiled, please. They have no art education…
Bwahaha! They just might surprise you. 🥚
What a gorgeous egg and look at the size of it!
Can you imagine painting on that thing?!
SQUAAAAAAWK. It would kill me to lay an egg like that. Better have a Caesarian.
Yeah, not the kind of egg I’d wanna birth either.
what an artform. And the lady looks a bit like an apple doll but it’s a great picture
I was so captivated watching her paint on those curvy surfaces, wish I’d taken a photo of that-incredibly talented.
Did the get the license plate on the creature who hatched THAT egg?!
It must have escaped from Jurassic Park! 🦖🦕
Buahahahaha!!
I will be all superior with my knowledge of Spy Wednesday today.
😄
probably a dino-chicken ;O) we bought a lot of this wonderful eggs at a sorbian market once… but there is still one what is alive …my mother has it in her cabinet behind glass dors… as if it would be an egg of fabergé LOL
I brought a couple home, but for the life of me, can’t remember where I put them! Ugh. They really are quite pretty and should be displayed more. 😕
That’s one huge and colorful egg. What a fun thing to see.
Have a fabulous Wordless Wednesday, my friend. ♥
Those eggs are really pretty-that woman had an amazing talent to be able to paint on a curve surface. I know I couldn’t do it and still make the egg look good 😆
That is some egg. Would not want to meet its mother.
No kidding. Imagine collecting those babies?!
