For those who celebrated the holiday, we hope it was a merry and bright Christmas. Today’s smile rather sums up things post-Christmas around here.
Here’s to locating loads of survivors and a great, last week of 2021. Happy Monday!
Live, love, bark! πΎ
That’s definitely our place! Thanks so much for the laugh!
Best wishes,
Ro
Always our pleasure to share the smiles. π
We all survived!
Quack, Quack!
π¦ That’s good news! π¦
I love avian humor.
Cheep, cheep π€π¦
That’s when you realize it’s time for a spring cleaning . . early.
Oh trust meβ¦Iβm embarrassingly overdue with no excuses. π
Me too!
hahahahaha! reminds me of my childhood. fortunately now, we are a very small group, with few gifts, so there isn’t much mess.
Dogs and kids always seems to produce a mess, but it’s part of the charm of the holidays.
Late here … but I survived. Have a good week.
Glad to hear you survived. One more holiday to get through before the great holiday drought begins. Happy New Year.
Need help….drowning in paper was Tyebe’s gleeful plea at Christmas.
How βbout a leaf blower? πππ
Lulu: “You never know what you might find in the holiday wreckage!”
Boy, ainβt that the truth!
Burp. Sorry, that’s all I can say just now.
π I know what you mean (as I roll toward New Years). π¬
That is so hilarious but I can remember plenty of Christmases when our house did look like a train wreck when I was a little girl. My husband and I are so organized nowadays though – we have a large trash bag and a scissor available from the start of present-opening. Nice and neat and no mess (until Teddy shows up then it’s “all hands on deck” !!).
Hugs, Pam
Little kids and pets sure put quite the spin on the holidays, don’t they? LOL
ROFM/ROFL that iss furry funny Miss Monika!!!!
You allwayss find such cute cartoonss!
***purrss*** BellaDharma an ((hugss)) BellaSita Mum
It probably describes a whole lot of households (especially those with little ones).
Furry true Miss Monika!!! Mew mew mew…..
not enough gifts to require this action here, lol
We were quiet and peaceful…apart from the sound of teeth on bones….but I am wondering that if I begin now the spring cleaning might be done by March….
I was thinking the same thing on the spring cleaning part. But in my case, it’ll more than likely be May as opposed to March before it’s all done proper. *sigh
Sometimes one wishes the use of a fire hose would be appropriate. Have a great week, Monika,
Haha! My brother and I tried that one time after a ‘messy’ night of boozing. It was not well received to say the least. LOL
I can imagine. Nothing like water soaked floors
And furniture. π³
Ouch.
Yeah, there was a LOT of βremediationβ that needed to be done π
Hey Serv-Pro. You have a group discount?
π€£
We didn’t need a cleaning crew here, but my granddaughter needed one. We were responsible for much of that.
Have a fabulous day and week. Scritches to the pups, a smooch to Norman and a hug to you. β₯
With grands and great-grands, cleaning crews are always required. And they usually need shovels! No doubt it was great fun watching them though, which makes all that bending over easier. Happy week, Sandee.
Survived and thrived here at the Golden K. But it was a quiet one; just Holly and I and the three girls. Hope your last week of this Groundhog Year is a good one. Onto 2022 and praying itβs a better one health and division wise. Cheers!
I’m right there with you praying for and happier times. Have a ‘pawsome’ week!
I am totally in for a cleaning crew!
Ha! I’m guessing they’d probably do a serious up-charge for me. I’ve been neglectful on so many fronts. Guess I’d better start spring cleaning a bit early. π Happy Monday.
Oh honey… step in line… You and me both. It is in my plan to do some purging and cleaning up this week as starting on Wednesday, I have to work from home partially. Again. F***.
Happy Monday to you!
Bummer. But look on the bright side, you won’t have to go into the office. That’s gotta have some benefits, right? Here’s hoping you are able to accomplish much on the clean and purge plan. For the past several years, I keep hoping to get my living room repainted, it’s once again, on my list. *Sigh
Bummer, indeed. Working from home definitely has its benefits… until it’s time to get the mail at the post office, go into the empty office to stuff envelopes, schlep said envelopes back to the post office… But I’m not bitching, no, no… I’m not.
I have my kitchen/living remodel to look forward to, though. I have to approve the plans so we can get to choosing the important pieces!
Oooh, exciting times ahead! Wishing you all the best taking care of it all! Just keep saying to yourself, it will get better, it will get better…It. Will. Get. Better. π€πΌ
I keep telling myself that… π
We had a one-dog wrecking crew in the house. Bogie was more interested in the wrapping paper than his new toy! Ducky was very neat about opening her gift, as usual.
How fun…puppies and paper just go so well together!
We could really use someone to tidy up the house! π
π€£ Cleaning crews would be most popular post-Christmas. π π π
