Ours didn’t sleep on the sofa, just on the floor, exactly where we needed to step – and they never budged! π It was especially our Buster who did that, and we still call being in the way “doing a Buster”. π
Sam does that in my narrow galley style kitchen. It can be interesting trying to step over him or he trying to get up at the exact same moment while not taking a digger. LOL
I sure know what that’s like! π
With dogs you have to be a contortionist at times!
