After our Beirut weekend, we needed a smile and figured everyone else could use one too. Although, the real joke is that cartoon isn’t too far from the truth for me. Thank goodness for hats! π
I know people who cut their own hair all over. I would never attempt it. It works out well that I am in the letting my hair grow longer stage so I was able to ignore the back. My hairdresser just barely trimmed to make things neat…
Hats are great. Though I loathe wearing baseball caps – which I must for work. UGH
Well…if fedora isn’t your jam, there are other options that aren’t baseball caps. I picked up a nice panama style hat in Mexico years ago and it’s been a frequent favorite in the ‘lid’ department. π
Ooh, that does make a difference. Luckily Norman looks at me like “you’re not really gonna trim my bangs are you?” Which is just enough time to go snip, snip!
HA! You should have called me when you thought about this post – you could have used a photo of Jaxson. He is blind as a bat this week. His bangs need a scrunchy. LOL The Boys were both sick last week (upcoming blog post) so I decided to skip their grooms because we had been up through the night with diarrhea for several nights. Anyway…. he really needs his hair trimmed. Thanks for the morning laugh girlfriend – super cute and oh so timely in my house!

Lulu: “I could guard a pile of rocks. I wouldn’t lose a single one!”
Hahahaha! Oh Lulu, you crack us up!
But it’s easier to guard something that’s staying still instead of wandering around! π
Especially if you’re bumping into those ‘somethings.’ LOL
None of the rocks are missing, are they? The dog did its job….
We’re all missing a few rocks these days.
But Dad, I have to practice social distancing
Those rocks do look pretty sketchy. π
Just saw a video from The Dodo about a horribly matted street dog who was transformed by a big haircut, a bath, and a good foster home!
That could easily have been me! π
I need a good haircut too…
Haircuts are as elusive as TP was a couple months ago.
LOL
hahaha
π
Hilarious!!!!!!!! We all need haircuts…
Boy, ainβt that the truth!
Petcretary was like that a week ago…but then she got herself groomed, BOL!
Luckily bang trimming is easy to do and doesnβt look so bad on me. At least not under a hat. Bwahaha π
BOL – that was very cute!!!
Woos – Lightning, Misty, and Timber
Iβve been doing my own bang trimming since the pandemic began. Itβs not perfect but at least Iβm not walking into walls! π€£
Too funny. Thanks, Monika,
Happy to share a smile to begin your week. Hope yours is pawsome.
π
Buahahaha!
A great way to start the week.
Thanks guys. π

Here’s to hats!
So true! sometimes i feel as much an optician as a groomer.
Bwahahaha! Good one, Amy!
That’s hilarious……maybe those rocks NEEDED to be guarded????!!!!
Hugs, Pam
No doubt. All rockβs should be guarded. At least Norman thinks so. π
I’d get your sense of smell checked out.
Ha ha! Love it! Until last week I was cutting my own bangs, too… π
Bangs are easy, it’s the raggedy back that’s problematic for me. But then there are nice hats. LOL

Nothing like a good fedora to hide a multitude of sins. π
If you can wear it, absolutely!
Well…if fedora isn’t your jam, there are other options that aren’t baseball caps. I picked up a nice panama style hat in Mexico years ago and it’s been a frequent favorite in the ‘lid’ department. π
I hate a baseball cap on me (and wish I didn’t have to wear it at work) – fedora works much better for me. Panama should be decent, too π
Baseball caps aren’t particularly attractive on women and seem more suited for Tom Selleck types. A wide brim straw is my all time favorite.
Some women suit them (one of my sisters) but I agree – wide brim for me.
I wear my NHL ball cap often. Especially when I want to ‘disappear.’ People rarely check out girls in ball caps. Unless they’re Christie Brinkley.
Haha! This is a good thing π
And you might be right at that!
LOL!!
Our poor Yorkie is in such desperate need for a good grooming!
Sometimes a bangs trim is just the ticket till a full groom job can be had. I know I’ve been doing it on my own bangs since March! Hahaha
π The problems is getting her to hold still! She is a little spitfire!
Ooh, that does make a difference. Luckily Norman looks at me like “you’re not really gonna trim my bangs are you?” Which is just enough time to go snip, snip!
LOL!
MOL/LOL/BOL!!! This iss heelareeus! Thanx Miss Monika an Norman fore a guud laff!

We all need a good laugh to start out the week. Especially after all those loud boomers this weekend. Yes, we may all need to be treated for PTSD!
humans guard pile of rocks too… even make war over them so…
Boy, do I know how important bang trims are!
Youβve always been a rock star to me Norm!
I “see” what you did there. π As always you’re so kind.
Not only the pups were having these kinds of issues so were many of us humans. I wasn’t guarding a pile of rocks, but still. Thanks for the chuckle.
Have a fabulous day and week. Scritches to the pups. β₯
I know what you mean. Some days I wonder if I’m still guarding a pile of rocks or just need my eyesight checked! π€£
Well, some time soon Mary will have to cut MY bangs! Or I met try a pony tails or braids. π
Have a wonderful week,
Pit
Ha! Trust me, a quick trim makes all the difference on one’s world view. π
Is that your opinion or Norman’s? π
Both! π

During the pandemic scrunches could be big business in the dog world! Hope the J-man feels better soon.
like our mama… she confused two stones with a gator in the water…groooomer please…
Bwahahaha! Now that’s something you don’t want to be confused about!
