Today’s smile will be good advice for Norman who received notice last week the hospital will be re-opening up for pet therapy visits. Exciting news for him as well as for Elsa who seems thrilled that he’ll be occupied for a few days a month. Meanwhile, Norman and I will be working hard polishing up on our skills to bring smiles to patients and staff soon and hope to sail through the certification process easily.

I love how dogs give us such joy. When Molly and I walk I love to communicate with the neighbors’ dogs, even if sometimes Molly is afraid of them. Seeing their joy at being able to bark at us makes me remember what life for a dog should be like, and helps me to make decisions about Molly’s life today.
They are a blessing in an increasingly ugly world. Thanks for swinging by the Ranch. We 💙 visitors.

Hope so! There will be a many more protocols in place related to the panDAMNic that I only hope I can remember. I remember when I first started out I was a little freaked out about everything until we did visits a few times. Repetition should make all the difference for success.

When they show up in photos, they are actually lovely eyes. As you well know, it’s hard to photograph these loveable black dogs.
