Lulu: “Our Dada says this falls into the same category of advice as ‘Act your age not your shoe size’, which I gather he learned at the feet of the great oracle known as Prince!”
Bwahahaha! We’ve been told that Princey guy really was an amazing oracle. Our huMom isn’t 100% convinced but then that’s why we are able to outsmart her 99.99% of the time. π
That’s definitely good news. I think this week will be warmer here too. Sorry for the delay in responding, I’ve been helping my son move. Now to rest my aching back!
I’m going with celsius otherwise, it’d be summer for me too. At least anything in double digits would be welcome at this point. All those days of 50’s & 60’s in January turned me into a total wuss. π

I should have been using this strategy all along!
Snicker-it helps comfort a freezing mind, doesn’t it?
It sure does.

In Celsius or Fahrenheit? π
Clever girl. π
π
so you are telling me i can’t go outside untill the temp is 71 degrees.NOPE ain’t happening.π π π π πΉ πΉ πΉπΉ
{Giggle} you could convert to Celsius. Itβs a tad cooler but at least double digits π
Love it – just LOVE IT!!!!!! I think I’d be inside for a VERY VERY LONG time but I can handle that…..!
Hugs, Pam
I think that cartoon resonates with some of us…over a certain age. π Have a great week.
Ha!
π
Maybe we could convert one of the dog’s ages into people years and use that as a guideline, LOL!
Anything above freezing works for me.
I measured in Kelvin and learned I’d be dead for several hundred years.
Snorf! I can easily tolerate anything in the mid thirtyβs.
66 now in Arizona. I gotta watch out because we parrots live forever.
Thatβs a perfect temp any time of year in my books.
Thank goodness I am older than 20! Have a cozy day!
Yeah, those <20 degree days have come a bit too often lately. The dogs and I got spoiled with those 50-60 degree days.
We are warming up (But not to my age) so things are improving.
That’s definitely good news. I think this week will be warmer here too. Sorry for the delay in responding, I’ve been helping my son move. Now to rest my aching back!
Our daughter bought a house so the changing apartment moves have stopped. Seemed like an annual event. Rest well.
Ugh, if it becomes an annual affair, count me out!
I’m with you.
Haha!! Wishing you a good week too Monika. π
Thanks, now that I’ve helped my son move into a new apartment, things are looking better and better. Moving is the pits.
Ooh you deserve to treat yourself! Relax! Moving definitely is not fun!
Rejuvenation will be my bench word this week. π
π
It was 65 degrees here yesterday and next week it’s supposed to be in the low 70s. I guess I can go outside then.
I linked this post to Awww Mondays.
Have a fabulous day and week. Scritches to the pups, a smooch to Norman and a big hug to you. β₯
π good for you. Enjoy.
Whee! A nice warm 25C mol
22C for me. And even if it were 22F, it’d be welcome over single or very low double digits. Stay warm and cozy this week!
That is a cute cartoon…and we pups feel the same way! Petcretary and pawppy would be waiting till midsummer, BOL!

I remember those days…..dogs all round the wood burner…..now they are all stretched out on the tiles in the coolest part of the house.
I can pretty much guess what the temp is just by seeing where the dogs are. Near the radiator or on a cool tile floor. π Happy Monday, Helen.
Celsius and Fahrenheit would both be very dangerous.
Bwahahahaha! For me too but celsius would likely be slightly better in that at least I wouldn’t have to wait until early summer!
wise decision, we are with you… have a great start into a new week…
Thank you. Right back atcha!

Hurrah…we love it when our silliness brings smiles. Happy Monday.
**Giggells** an Meowin are allwayss wellcome at THE Purrfect Pad Miss Monika an Sweeet Norman an Elsa π π
Some of us would probably starve if we had to wait for the outside temp to reach our age before leaving the house. BOL!
All the more reason we should probably switch to celsius. LOL
If I waited until the temperature is higher than my age, it would be spring. At least I wouldn’t be waiting for summer. π
Haha! Well if you needed to go out, you could always convert to Celsius. π
Fahrenheit or Celsius?? π
Bwahahahaha!
Being Younger than some but older than most I guess I better hunker down for a few weeks before I can go out. π¬
I know just what you mean! Happy Monday.
Hmmmm…I would have to wait a long time to go out under those circumstances…like summer!
Would Celcius work? π€£
Hehe!!
LOL … Stay warm, Monika … and have a good week!
Thank you, Frank. Hope your week is terrific.
