Monday Musings ~ March 7, 2022

The Ranch Hands are beginning to question whether Spring is real or not after the latest weekend snowstorm. I guess conspiracies are possible anywhere.

Smiles

We hope to dispel the conspiracy that Spring isn’t real in a couple of weeks when it officially arrives and hope there are signs of its pending arrival in your neighborhood. Make it a great week.

Live, love, bark! 🐾

  1. That is a great cartoon!

I am hearing reports of crazy weather from many corners. A couple of days ago is was 26 degrees at dawn, and 72 degrees later that afternoon. We generally don’t see that kind of 40 to 50 temperature swing over the day here until summer.

  2. Lulu: “These are all valid questions! And let’s not forget the furs they brush off and take away and the toenails they clip. I guarantee you there are voodoo dolls of all of us animals hidden away somewhere!”

    1. Egad…you’re so right, Lulu. What DO they do with those stolen hairs? And why do they have to steal them?

  3. Your cartoon was great. Spring is scheduled and even Covid can’t delay it. The weather on the other hand…it’s gone as crazy as people buying t-paper and sanitizer at the beginning of this pandemic!

    1. No kidding. The crazy just keeps coming. We set for more snow tomorrow 🙄

  4. After a few days in the 70s (highly unusual for us), we are expecting 3 inches of snow tomorrow. It won’t “stick” or last because everything is so warm but still. Snow in March isn’t like snow at Christmas. It’s depressing!

    1. Nobody like accumulated snow after signs of spring have emerged. Nobody. Stay warm.

    1. Your weather is quite similar to ours. While yesterday’s high was in the low 30’s it’s cold again today and snowing. Sigh.

  5. You made me laugh out loud. Thank you. Tell the ranch hands that spring is coming.

I linked this post to Awww Mondays.

Have a woof woof day you two. Scritches all around, a smooch to Norman and a hug to mom. ♥

  6. We think the weather is getting stranger all the time. Today our high will be 82 in spite of the severe t-storms we’re about to get with 50mph wind gusts. Tonight our low will be in the 30s! EEEK.

    Hugs, Pam

    1. These kinds of extreme differences are becoming the norm. We hope you survived the t-storms and stayed safe yesterday. We were able to take a quick trip to see my dad for a couple of hours before the next band of storms hit today and tomorrow.

  7. Mew mew mew what a funny comick!!!!

    1. Good for you being able to be outdoors! It’s chilly here but you don’t notice it as much because of the blue skies and sunshine. 🌞

    1. Inquiring dog minds want to know what the fascination is with their poop by huMoms.

    1. Heh, heh…they all have a point but then I guess that’s at the core of conspiracies. I really chuckled with the last one about the government 🙃

  8. We actually had sun and rain and sun! Sun!! And our temps went above freezing… I don’t know how I can stand it… Oh wait. This week is … gonna hover just above (by 1 degree) freezing most days… let the melt continue!

    1. Here too, but seeing sunshine and partially blue skies this morning made such a difference! Stay warm…talk about a big buildup to the equinox! 😆
