A certain little Ninja probably initiated this lawsuit. How about you, did you follow in her pawsteps this year?
Happy Saturday. The Ranch received about 9-10 inches of the white stuff last night so I know what I’ll be doing this weekend-digging out! Hope your weekend is shovel free. Stay warm, cozy and have a cup of hot chocolate for me.
Live, love, bark! <3
Merry Christmas! We enjoy reading about Elsa’s progress as she goes from being a mill dog to becoming a family dog. How old is she now? Our Standard Poodle Wilhelmina turned a year old Nov.29th. Doesn’t time fly and isn’t it enjoyably when there is a Spoo in the house?! π
the critters in the cottage xo
Thank you for the ‘howliday’ wishes. Elsa joined the Ranch 3 months ago. The vet thought she was about 4 years old. She’s learning how to become a dog (with big brother Spoo Sam helping her) as well as learning how to navigate the epilepsy seizures. Now that the dosage has been figured out, she’s 2 months seizure free – woof!! π Thank you for swinging by our Ranch. We β€οΈ visitors, especially fellow Spoo lovers.
Love that cartoon!! Watched the grinch and Charlie Brown and the gang in bed last night.
MERRY CHRISTMAS TO ALL (EVEN THE NAUGHTY NINJA)!!!! βοΈπΆβ€πΎ
Lady has joined the class action. No more potatoes Santa unless they’re roast potatoes.
No snow shovels around here either…just beach spades.
All your talk about shovels and digging reminded me of something nasty to do with spades and it took awhile to return to my poor fried brain.
Ah! Spadework! A word from my single days where you’re using digging yourself into a deep hole falling for someone interested in someone else.
The things we forget…

As soon as I clicked on your blog I remembered that you had a news story I was going to report. Dang! Anyway, that is a LOT of snow. Just for the record, I have never seen a snow shovel in Louisiana. LOL! Stay safe out here. β₯
Consider yourself lucky! π
No snow here in Arizona.
Lucky you!
We can go see snow if we feel the need. It is only 2 to 3 hours away. Nice to see but not fun to have to live with. Thanks.
I agree with you. I’d love to see it on the nearby mountains, just not on my front porch!
Exactly! <3
We got a bunch of snow too!! And now really cold!
Winter’s come, the snow has fell
The Ninja’s nose is froze as well
Her nose is froze, her paws and skintit
Winter’s diabolic – int it…..
For some reason, the dogs all get the zoomies when there’s fresh snow. Then they warm up in front of the fire. Pretty rough life.
No snow here, just cold rain. If it does snow, I am just going to stay under a blanket inside and wait for it to melt.
That’s a good plan!
How funny, but, like someone said, a little too close to the truth. Seems like you can sue anyone for anything these days. We were in the 50’s (F) today, but it didn’t feel like it. I was in a Wreaths Across America ceremony this morning and it was pretty cold….feet especially.
We got an inch and then it started to rain. The weather has been hard on the local ski resorts (Pennsylvania).
Hmm…I wonder if that would work. I see some money in my future…though it would probably merit a permanent place on the naughty list.
We got snow but not that much! Stay warm!
We hope you have a snuggly day!!

The cartoon is almost too close to the truth to be funny.
Naughty or behaviorally challenged? π Bear prefers the latter.
That’s some good playing snow! Me and Stanley love it when our pawrents throw shovels of snow at us. It is the best! Stay warm!
Your Pals,
Murphy & Stanley
Snow and ice and snow here! We we’re working on it!
Save your back, Colin! I can only do clearing in small segments so far.
We, the naughty, are victims of society.
Welcome to class action country.
Cold enough for snow at the Golden K but no precipitation. Wouldn’t mind a couple of inches but yeah, would not so much to have to shovel. Even though we now live in the mountains I’m still a NoCal suburban weather wimp! :). Have a great weekend and don’t shovel too hard.
π But first I’m gonna have to find the shovel! It may have blown over last night and is buried…somewhere! Have a nice glass of red for me while you’re wimping. π·
Red wine in process. Cheers!
Excellent. I had a glass last night too to warm up but mostly to dull the back ache! π
The second glass is twice as good as the 1st and the third is, well you get the idea (within responsible limited of course) π
Oh yessss! Each subsequent one actually seems to go down better than the first; certainly the achy back was appreciative. π
no I did not follow in her pawsteps nearly enough this year but plan to do it next year. Naughty is so much more fun that nice. That’s what’s called for, more naughty. LeeAnna
LOL, when you come to visit, she can show you how it’s done! π Happy weekend.
stay warm and comfy and bring all the blankies… this snow screams for a hibernating-cave… and lots of snacks :O)
I’m already eating more of the Christmas baking that I should but quality control must be kept up, right? π
yes… and we have oversized christmas sweaters to cover our sins till spring :O)
LOL What a way to go, eh? The fudge and peanut brittle have been big hits, not to mention the cookies! Santa will need to bring his own.
