It’s been beyond a wild and crazy work week with zero time to blog which I do not like. That said, it occurred the best way to deal with the stress would be through gratitude. I’m grateful for so many things especially lately 🙂 and as I was going through my photos for some inspiration, this graphic kind of jumped out at me. It said it all and more (I constantly read between the lines all the time). Here’s hoping your week has been one that reminds you of what’s important and not the noise the rest of the world is screaming at you. Be thankful and love the source of your gratitude. Awareness is hard when things are crashing all around you, but when you take a second to stop the merry-go-round, some of the best life offers is staring right you in the face (or through the screen). Embrace it, revel at it, love it and be thankful, I know I am thankful beyond words.
Live, love, bark! <3
Love that quote!
Yes, we all have crazy schedules. It really helps to stop and count one’s blessings
Wonderful post!!!! Thank you for the inspiration…May your week be blessed!!!! Hugs
AMEN my friends! Life is too short not to enjoy and be thankful for the moment. Have a great weekend. XOXO – Bacon
Thanks…you as well!
Awareness rules indeed. 😊
My little one is in Hospital with a serious infection but at 14 any infection is serious. She is being looked after but so far it has been a long two days. I will be there today and I hope to see an improvement in her. Thank you for these words, we all have much to be grateful for.
Most definitely and I hope your little one recovers fully and quickly! Sending puppy kisses from Sam-they are the best healers (just ask the folks at the hospital where he visits patients). <3
If we could only stop the merry-go-round when it stops being fun and roll around in the flowers with our dogs.
Amen! Oh, and have a glass of red wine on occasion 😉
Reblogged this on Adventures at Run A Muck Ranch and commented:
Well said!
Thanks for the reblog! That sign was good advice, especially given the past several days. Always good to focus on the stuff that makes us feel special…our pups! 🙂
Great sentiment.
I totes love that saying and it’s one I try to embrace as my guys are definitely creeping up in age.
Have a blessed day!
The peeps would gladly pick up Kyla’s poop again. How we miss her.
I know that feeling. <3

We all have much to be grateful for if we will only open our eyes, our minds, and our hearts to let it all in. My latest reminder was Callie’s journey to the Rainbow Bridge. I am grateful she is no longer suffering. I am grateful to have had her sweet soul here with me for the eleven years. And I’m grateful to still have her younger sisters with me to love and be loved by. There’s so much more, but I won’t bore you with the rest. I hope you, Wayne, and Sam have a great day!!
Thank you!! We are all truly blessed and reminders like this make it all the more apparent. I know your journey without you sweet Callie is difficult now, but she lived a wonderful life being loved and returning that love. I’m convinced our pets are just here on loan and what a fabulous loan it is. Be well and thanks ever so for all your kind words. It’s meant the world to us since my ‘friend’ has inquired as to who all these fantastic people are. He’s definitely a keeper. 🙂
….somebody blew my cover!….
Mark Zuckerberg did it 😉
…..and after all that surgery…
Well said Monika! 🙂
