While today is normally referred to as Wordless Wednesday, as we all know, sometimes a few words just need to be spoken but words for today’s post comes hard and tears flow much easier. Today we acknowledge our favorite Weim is now back home where he should be, with his family. Welcome home, Easy. While he may not be with us in the furs, he will always remain in our hearts. For your mom and dad, we send our heartfelt thoughts and hope the tender thoughts and sweet memories of you and your life provide them with some measure of comfort. For them we offer our deepest sympathies. We will miss your posts, your joie de vivre for life, and the voice you shared about your life with us. We love you, buddy. easy-candle

  1. My Golden Life – Upstate South Carolina – I love animals, especially dogs. I enjoy US history, and reading biographies of our former presidents and other historical figures. I love the music of the '60s and '70s since I was growing up in those decades. I love the Beatles and Andy Williams equally.

    Oh so true! I hadn’t been following Easy for very long, but I loved him and his “staff” dearly from the start. I hope they find comfort in knowing we all loved Easy. I didn’t have the opportunity to put together a “welcome home” post, but I did light a virtual candle for him in my heart.

  4. Groovy Goldendoodles – VA – Just a wife and mother (military spouse / retired) that waited almost all her life for a dog of her own. Tried to have them from time to time with little children, but moving so often it was too difficult. Waited patiently for the right time and the right dog.... That time has finally arrived and we were blessed with the Grooviest Goldendoodles ever! Harley carried on with a "solo" act for almost a year after the untimely passing of 4 yr old Leo. Now he and his younger spunkier brother Jaxson plan to share all their canine adventures and antics living in pet friendly Charleston SC, exploring pet friendly places and pet therapy work at the Medical University of South Carolina.   7. ruth7933 – I am retired and am full time care giver to my husband who is a disabled Nam Vet with dementia, heart disease, and is an insulin dependent diabetic. I am mother to a grown son, three grown grand children and a beautiful 7 month old great grand daughter. I live with reoccurring MS and myalgia of the lower extremities. Hobbies include being active in the local rock painting group and we hide them all over the county and give hints to where they are hid on our face book page, for other folks to find them. I am also learning how to use my iPhone 7 and iPad. My husband and I are active in 12 step programs and have been clean and sober for many years. We share our lives with a pair of love birds and a guinea pig with an attitude.

  13. Sand Spring Chesapeakes – Cambria, WI – My husband and I have six "furry" children Gambler, Glory, Guilty, Slammer, Gertie and one cat Bones and two furangel's Norman and Nellie. We breed Chesapeake Bay Retrievers. We are both avid hunters. We also enjoy competing with our dogs in hunt tests and field trials. That is where you can find us during the trial months which are April-September. When were not at a trial we are busy training our dogs. We go snow goose hunting in Canada each year and do all the hunting that Wisconsin offers.
