I am one of those people are who not fans of Sunday’s..Only b/c I know tomorrow is Monday! I love Friday & Saturdays tho!
Yeah, Monday comes all to quickly and think work has it all wrong…we should be there 3 days and off the next 4. 🙂
Ha! That weekend was my workweek this week and now I’m in the middle of four nights off. I guess I wouldn’t get a “TGIM!” from the congregation….
Of course you can! No matter when the week begins, that day is always a ‘Monday.’ Enjoy the time off!
The weekends are never long enough for me (unless they are three days.) 🙂 Saturday I do all my running around errands, and Sunday it’s housework. I really do need that third day, or at least three more waking hours during a week day.
We have it all wrong…we should work 3 days and have 4 off. 😇
Weekends here have been short, too. But I feel like I’m wishing my life away when I wish for a speedy arrival of the next one. 😐

Ha ha! We’ve licked that problem. We never know what day it is. 🙂
But honestly, we do our work when we have good internet or when the weather is bad or when all the crazy people are out on the water enjoying their weekends. Then we can have fun while everyone else is working.
I always find the first five days after a weekend are the most difficult.

Mondays are like Sundays and Thursdays to those of us of the retired leisure class. 🙂

Same here: the weekend went by fast, what with our vintage car show [about which I posted a lot of pictures] and an afternoon reception [with barbeque] in nearby Comfort, to say thanks to supporters of Texas Public Radio.
The coming week is supposed to be very fine. Lucky for me, because then I’ll have ample opportunity to test my new camera, which is supposed to arrive on Wednesday.
