Thanks! It’s always good to come across a spot of a woodland respite. We’ve going from cold winter to hot summer this week but think it’ll be good for the soul not to shiver for a few days. Fingers crossed anyway.
They certainly had to be in our last garden in France…we had drifts of them by the riverside and if the floods came early you would see their little white heads underwater…but they survived!
Snowdrops actually. BTW, I had a convo with one of WP’s Happiness coaches this morning about the like button (through Safari). It doesn’t work for me either (thinks I’m not signed on). I find I have to use Google as a browser which works for me though I despise that Internet stalker. 😬
That’s a beautiful photo! Enjoy the rest of the week.
Love the picture of the beautiful snowdrops and the wooden tree and stones. So many elements in one picture <3 Pawkisses for a wonderful day🐾😽💞
Thanks, Binky. It was such a charming spot exactly for those reasons. Here’s wishing you and your Granny an extra special spring day.
Those are beautiful! Yay for spring.
Thank you!
Nice – very nice!

I wondered if those were snowdrops, and had to scroll through the comments to see if I was right! They are very pretty.
I hardly ever see snowdrops here so it was a delight when I happened upon these. They really are quite lovely.
Two birds with one stone … a wordless Wed and a Nature Friday!
We try to multi-task…sometimes we’re successful. ☺️
Gorgeous, Monika!
Why thank you. 😍When I see plants like that it keeps me happy despite living in a high mountain desert. Living at a Mile High ain’t for sissies!
No it sure ain’t! But the rewards are quite lovely.
Offset is extremely important. 😇
Extremely.
Very pretty!
hugs

Thanks, Mable. To think I nearly missed this sweet little spot.
Now that’s a wonderful image capturing the season. 🙂
Thanks, Frank. I almost missed this little baby tucked into a quiet corner.
Those are so pretty and dainty!
Dainty but hardy. I wish more people planted snowdrops.
Those are very elegant.
Thank you!
Beautiful!!!
Why thank you! They caught me by surprise.
Lovely, aren’t they!
They seem so delicate but suspect they are hardy buggers.

I don’t see many of them here so when I happened upon these, I had to photograph them. Over and over from every possible angle. LOL
Oh, so pretty! Lily of the Valley?
My WP app doesn’t like the “Like” buttons at all any more. Not sure why, but I give up trying. 🙄

Why are they hanging their heads,? Did they do something wrong? Xox Xena
They’re shy-snowdrops always droop.
Beautiful, Monika.
Thanks, John. Wishing you a beautiful day!
You as well.
Mom just loves the spring flowers – all of them!
They provide gardeners and non-gardeners hope. 😊
Need…….. more………. fertilizer!
Bwahahaha!
Sweet Wordless Wednesday.
Thanks. Snow drops are such sweet spring plants.
Spring is FINALLY moving in. Right?
Unless you could the 40F and forecasted snow for tomorrow. 🤣
Spring is heretofore renamed Pot Luck.
🤣The weather is a lot like tuna casserole-you may not want it, but it beats going hungry.
You make this weather sound so delish!
It’s filling. 😛But that’s about it.
Hahaha!
They look so sad, they’re drooping.
What a lovely scene you chose, little silent white bells.
I absolutely love woodland looking plants-probably because it implies a cool wet condition, something that doesn’t happen often here.
Spring is such a wonderful time of year. I love to see the world come alive again.
Have a fabulous Wordless Wednesday, my friend. ♥
It’s the time of hope, renewal and optimism. Happy mid-week!
pretty. I always love the little bent shape. Like art deco lights.
Woodland plants are adorably cute.
