Monday Musings ~ April 19, 2021

Happy Monday, troops. This week we restart the process of getting back to pet therapy with an updated orientation class on Friday. While Norman won’t be attending that session, he still continues to update his K-9 levels through lots of people interactions.

We hope you have a ‘pawsome’ week and get daily doses of  the magic K-9 vitamin.

Live, love, bark! 🐾

    1. Yes, we’re very excited to be able to go back to visiting at the hospital.

  1. Lulu: “Lots of people interactions sounds wonderful!”
Charlee: “Uh-huh. And by ‘wonderful’ you mean ‘horrible’ right?”
Lulu: “And that’s the difference between dogs and cats.”
Chaplin: “Oh there are plenty more besides that one.”

  2. So glad you and Norman are getting back in the game. Lucy would make a wonderful therapy dog except for the part of the test where they throw bedpans and roll wheelchairs past. She would freak. Love that meme — so true!

    1. You never know…she could surprise you. I wondered if those noises would bother Sam but he never flinched. Hope the same holds true for Norman. It looks like Friday’s session will need to be postponed which will mean our approval will be delayed. Such is life, eh?

  3. OMD, that sounds FABulous Norman! Ma says she REALLY wants an interaction with you in the worst way!!! okays, should I be jealous???? 🤔
I thinks we K9s are the bestest medicine! Ma says that an Airedale, ‘that shall remain nameless’, can raise the BP in an ‘adverse reaction’ kind of way…..whatevers…..
Have a FABulous Monday my furiends!
    Ruby ♥

    1. Me too. I was visiting a family member in the hospital recently and showed her nurses some photos of him and they all squealed with delight. I can’t imagine how happy he’ll make them in person.

  5. Yes we can all benefit from a magic K-9 vitamin. Cute.

Have a fabulous day and week. Scritches to both pups and a smooch to Norman. ♥

    1. I know I can’t get enough of that magic vitamin. Butt wiggles from Norman and tail wags from Elsa.

Feel free to bark your thoughts...but no growling please.
