LOL!! And to think how we used to just grab the phone and be surprised by who was on the other end! How times change. π But I do like caller ID to screen Spam calls!
Super cartoon…made me laugh when I finally got home after a trying day galloping round the main hospital in the capital. Leo can outrun me in his electric wheelchair,,,I need him to put a trailer on it.
We let our land line go to voice mail to screen out the junk calls…or they don;’t even bother to leave a message. The best ones that do leave messages are the ones that tell you to press such and such a number, etc…Bawahahahaha!!
Wee need smiless an laffss…..LadyMew had a mild seezure this afturnoon Miss Monika…*sighss*
So mee gotted LadyMe to look at catroon again an shee smiled! π
Great, Monika. All incoming calls on my phone which are not in my contacts automatically go to voice mail. Most are hangups. The others are recorded messages from the IRS, Government, and warrantee company warning me to call back or face the consequences. I choose the later.
Great Monday Musing! Most of my calls are identified as “spam risk” so I just pick up and hang up. I do the same with the ones who refuse to I-d themselves.
We don’t answer without collar ID either. π Hope you’ve been having a good week. β₯
π It’s been super busy but good all the same. Here’s to a swell weekend.
LOL!! And to think how we used to just grab the phone and be surprised by who was on the other end! How times change. π But I do like caller ID to screen Spam calls!
Itβs great for screening ALL calls. In my mind. π
True!
Worked for me. I liked it and had a quiet chuckle…
Excellent! We love to hear that kind of reaction.
Most of my collar ID’s are SPAM RISK…. but my favorite collar ID of all time came up as PHONE CALL. Well, no duh!!!
π€£ Why am I not surprised?
Lulu: “Dada never answers his phone either!”
No good deed goes unpunished. Especially when answering the phone.
That’s a groaner!
It is, but it still made me laugh.

A trailer with a nice throne for you! Glad you enjoyed the smile. It rather tickled me. But then I love puns.
Next time, bring skates and hang on for dear life. π

That cartoon tickled my funny bone too.

Happy Tuesday Monika.

Theyβre just so annoying. I hope all spammers end up with two flat tires at the same time. π
Good one!!! those spam calls are so annoying and just keep coming. But Mom and Dad just ignore them.

Sounds like you have a good strategy for dealing with calls. Good for you!
I got so tired of them.
They are definitely wearisome for sure.
π‘
Love it. It’s perfect.
Have a fabulous day and week, my friend. Scritches to the pups and a smooch to Norman. β₯
Great Monday Musing! Most of my calls are identified as “spam risk” so I just pick up and hang up. I do the same with the ones who refuse to I-d themselves.
If there’s no ‘collar ID’ I’m with you. π
Good one, Monika. Have a good week ahead.
Thanks, Frank. And a good week to you as well.

Nothing better than to start the week with a clever pun, IMHO.
That’s a good one!
It’s hard for me to resist a good pun. Happy Monday.
