Welcome to the last Monday of August. In my water-adverse household, this kind of sampler would never be an option but it made me chuckle nonetheless. Here’s hoping today is a ‘pawsome sampler’ of a day.

Disgustingly funny! We don’t drink much water unless we are at home. Even when Mom give us water from home in our bowl on the road we rarely drink.
Elsa is the same way. I don’t ever recall her drinking anywhere but at home (except when she goes to my Dad’s and we stay overnight). Dogs have such fascinating rituals, don’t they?
Latte would love to play in each one … because what else are water bowls for?!

My girls may be water snobs…. I think they would only take the tap given a choice. Kloe will “season” her water by dropping a ball in it before drinking. Have a great week at the ranch!
Ball flavored water seems to be something millennial/Gen Z pups prefer. LOL
Michael, Zoey is very similar to your Kloe. At least out in the yard, she prefers dirty water. Inside, I keep the bowls filled with filtered tap water…I don’t like the taste of the water straight from the tap so I won’t give it to the Z Kids either. Outside, Zoey uses the filtered water I provide to clean her ball and occasionally drinks some of it first. 😂 Zen prefers to wait until we go back inside so he can drink clean water.
Having choices is good.

Simple is good. We’re big fans of no-drama Mondays. Hope yours is grand.
Give him a big bowl of water and Mr. Darcy will be happy splashing all day…..the others think he is mad.
For drinking, however, puddles take top marks.
Elsa even refuses to drink from water bowls at shops near the Ranch. I’ve heard some dogs are snooty (even if they’ll happily drink from the toilet) but that takes the cake. Happy Monday.
