  6. Sand Spring Chesapeakes – Cambria, WI – My husband and I have six "furry" children Gambler, Glory, Guilty, Slammer, Gertie and one cat Bones and two furangel's Norman and Nellie. We breed Chesapeake Bay Retrievers. We are both avid hunters. We also enjoy competing with our dogs in hunt tests and field trials. That is where you can find us during the trial months which are April-September. When were not at a trial we are busy training our dogs. We go snow goose hunting in Canada each year and do all the hunting that Wisconsin offers.

  11. CC – Cristina is Italian born, and though she has lived most of her life all over the U.S. she considers herself Italian...she just can't speak it very well! As with many other things, she is working on that (although it's a bit harder the older she gets). Still, there are just so many hours in a day. After leaving the lovely climes of Southern California she went to the heat, humidity, and insect-infested state of Alabama. She struggled for five years to be a "big girl" amidst the crickets-on-steroids, the snakes, scorpions, and other creepy crawlers of the day (and night!). It really is true what they say; "It's a jungle out there!" After another stint in Northern Virginia she is trying once again to find a new normal (as well as some bliss) in her new state, Florida. Cristina is happily married to a loving husband and has two grown children. Her medium-standard poodle love crossed the rainbow bridge in 2023 but he remains forever in her heart.

    Love my cuppas! But, it’s head-scratching for sure. Its difficult for me to get the recommended H2O each day. Even during my long run years I didn’t drink enough water. Coffee and tea….no problemo! Happy Monday ☕️

    I agree that is a phenomenon…the mama had to drink such contrast agent stuff once and she spent hours with the nurse while she tried to get it down… the nurse suggested to drink it in one gulp…that was not really a brillinat idea, the whole muck came back and she had to start again :o(

    ps after saying I wasn’t really affected by the time change, here I am up after a short sleep, waking an hour early. We decided we want to stay on summer hours, as we rather have the sun one hour later in the day. That’s our vote.

      Even though it was light this morning, I know that’ll go away soon as the days get shorter. Still it’s nice to walk in the mornings when everything is fresh and the light is golden. Getting the internal clocks to work correctly takes several days to massage.
