Thank goodness it’s Friday! Woo-hoo. It was yet another busy week with some amazing visits at the hospital this week we hope to share soon. This meme pretty much describes life around the Ranch. We’re keeping our fingers crossed for a spot of rain or snow in the Mile High. While quite glorious, these 70+ degree days need to make way for some desperately needed moisture.
Oh, and in case you have been like me and had no clue…there are 38 days until Christmas. How’s that for terrifying?! I think I’d better have an extra glass of red tonight to fully contemplate how that happened. Hope your ‘pond’ is cool and your weekend pawsome.
Live, love, bark! ❤︎
Where is that pond?…MOL 😀 Double Pawkiss 🙂 <3
Looks like you have a lot of ducks to buy gifts for. Might I suggest a down comforter……. er……. scratch that. Nevermind!
No doubt this is why Santa endorses gift cards.
We had our holiday party today so other than needing one gift for a friend we are done.
Holy cow! So jealous. Good for you!
Christmas is fast upon us and i have much to do
You and me both!
Time is passing by very fast.
Tick, tock…⏳
My ducks weren’t even all in the vicinity of the pond at the beginning of the week, but, with the help of my mom and dad, I think most of them are at least in the same pond. (While in the process of having my great room painted, I find out, to my very pleasant surprise, that my step-daughter’s family is coming for a short visit – starting tomorrow. So, getting the house back in order has been a task that I couldn’t do alone. Wishing you and yours a very relaxing and fun weekend.
Right back atcha. Enjoy the family visit. 😄
38 days?!? Well, I’m focused on getting through Thanksgiving so I won’t think about that yet! I’ve had a rotten week so TGIF!!!! I hope that yours was better than mine!
I love that meme! I probably need to work on just getting all my ducks in the same pond. First things first, right? 🙂
LOL. ‘Pondwork’ can be interesting, so they tell me. 😆
35 degrees here this afternoon! You kind of freaked me out with the 38 days – and I thought I had a good start shopping for the grandkids – now I better get in gear
Didn’t mean to scare anyone, but it took me by surprise so I thought I’d pass along as kind of a public service announcement. Since my grandkids are all way out of town, they’ll get what they love the most. Cold hard cash. 😊
After finding your blog today I am absolutely left wanting more!! I will be reading through your posts so look out, I am most certainly interactive so your inbox will be binging constantly as I make my way through your wonderful world!!
So happy to have a new blog friend!!
Yay! So happy to have you on board. My two knuckleheads will more than likely keep you entertained. They do for me even though some days I could rip my hair out with their antics. Thankfully today has been a good day. 😆 Happy weekend!
Once you get to know Monty your two will appear to be absolute angels. I just know I am going to LOVE them!!
I adore them but there are days when my Sam can be a real butthead. As in 5 out of 7 days a week! Elsa has an excuse…she’s a puppy mill survivor and till learning to be a dog. I’m just grateful she seems to only have picked up his good qualities (like being sweet as you could possibly ask for). The rest of it, she has managed to be somewhat independent of his acting like a toad. BOL ☺️
I am going to grab a glass of wine this evening and get to know them through your blog!!
Outstanding. A dog mom after my own heart. With these two, you may need a couple glasses. I know I do. Hahaha
Two it is!!! hahaha
Cheers 🍷
I’m envious … it’s been pretty cold for this time of year so far. 70’s would be sweet! I love the meme, I’ve seen it before – but it’s so true in terms of how I feel most of the time in comparison to others. And it took me YEARS to get all my ducks in the same pond, too!
The mild temps are wonderful but it just doesn’t seem like Thanksgiving without a snow storm or two. 😁
I have trouble getting even my DOGS in a row!
Boy can I relate to that! 😆
We have been getting rain here since yesterday. It is supposed to change into snow this afternoon. We’ll see what happens!
Your Pals,
Murphy & Stanley
Lucky you. If you have any to spare, we’d happily accept. Think the mountains will catch a bunch of snow, but doubt anything will venture down the hill. 😞
BOL! 💜
Have a wagnificient weekend!
Nose nudges,
CEO Olivia
I’m not sure I’ve EVER had all my ducks in a row, but at this point in my life I don’t care. 🤣 It’s more fun when the ducks are scattered about – in the same pond or not.
Sure makes life interesting, doesn’t it? 😁
Yes Ma’m!!
Oh my goodness. 38 days! Eeek. Plus we’ve got a week of vacation in there, so I should probably get cracking… (Although really I don’t like to even think about Christmas until after Thanksgiving is over!)
It’s especially crazy when decorations start before Halloween! 😲
Same pond is an accomplishment in itself, I’ve never had mine in a row and I’m not sure what that even means.
😂
Ducks are easier to herd than parrots.
