Thank you. It was a far lovelier sight in person but knew I didnāt have enough time to break out the big camera. Have a super Wordless Wednesdayā¦always a fun hop to participate in and see what others see and share.

Pretty photo. That right there is one of them Blue Corn Wolf Blood Pierogi-Eating Poodle Moons. I can tell!
FINALLYā¦someone who knows astronomy! Bwahaha that actually made me snort out loud.
The moon has been so beautiful this weekā¦.when we can actually see it, that is. š
Youāre right, it has been very striking.
The tree makes a beautiful framework for the moon.

Thanks. I liked the peekaboo idea. š
The moon has been pretty amazing in the last couple of nights. That is a lovely pic.
Thanks. With my proximity, tall houses and trees I rarely get to see it so this was kind of neat first thing this morning.
Well aligned and captured with a good sky.
Thanks. Nature sets the stage, I just pushed a button. š
š
OH, that is a beautiful photo ā great catch!!!
Woos ā Lightning, Misty, and Timber
I love it! It looks like the little twigs are holding it so it canāt go anywhere.
Heh, heh. Never thought about that but I think you onto something!

Thanks. It goes great with the āluna-ticsā around the Ranch. š¤£
So glad to have internet photos. I would never go out on a cold night to see a moon of any kind.
The dogs would be crushed if we couldnāt go out at the crack of dawn. š
Sweet! Did you howl at it?
I actually thought about and then a neighbor walked byā¦thought better of it. š
Pretty setting for a setting moon.
Thanks!
Love that shot of the moon! These iPhone cameras are pretty good considering the lack of ābells and whistlesā.
Wish they were better with distance shots but theyāre pretty good on close ups. Better than a sharp stick in the eye, right? š
Good moon shot ā nice!! In Australia we say āBetter than a poke in the eye with a blunt stickā Very similar :o)
Well thatās pretty descriptive!
Iāve seen shots of Super moons, blue moons, new moons and full moons. Only you give us a shot of ordinary moon.
Guilty as charged.
Oh what a great shot. Living out in the country everything looks better than in the big city.
Thank you for joining the Wordless Wednesday Blog Hop.
Have a fabulous Wordless Wednesday. ā„

Monika,
Beautiful framing of the moon in this shot!
Many thanks. Sadly the photo did not do the scene justice but the cell phone was all I had in hand first thing this morning.
That is some excellent work for a phone shot!
Thanks. The new 8S is not a bad cameraā¦for a phone.
Ya done beautifully!
Youāre too kind. Thank you. {blush}
fabulous⦠we love the moon, we are lunatics ;O)))
LOLā¦thereās a bit of lunacy around the Ranch too. š
