(Almost) Wordless Wednesday

We’re off to the hospital and West Pines these next few days but we’ll try to catch up by the weekend. Till then hope you enjoy this (Almost) Wordless Wednesday photo. Come quickly Spring…I need more beautiful flowers with gorgeous colors.

Live, love, bark! 🐾

P.S. Don’t forget to check out Sam’s E-Shop here. There’s a new luscious bath sugar scrub ‘pawfect’ for winter skin that can plague uprights this time of year.

  1. Darn, it ate my comment! I love your flowers, and I can’t wait for springtime so that you can share more flowers with us! Enjoy your therapy days!

    1. Yesterday was super and Sam should be a very welcomed Valentine for folks at the main hospital and hospice today.

  2. The orchid is a beautiful colour. It reminds me of a cruise to Hawaii and a trip to an orchid grower.

    1. Hawaii certainly has some fabulous orchids and this one happened to be captured in Hilo.

  3. We just had another dump of that white stuff❄️❄️🌨
Thank dog the sun came with it☀️
    It’s deeper than I am tall 🐕
The human shovel 👷‍♀️ is on a break but will have my outside office cleared soon😉
The poinsettia is finally showing som red after 3 years 🐾💜🐾

    1. Whoa…that’s exciting your poinsettia is reddening up! I could never get them to rebloom. I’ve been hearing the snow is pretty insane this year up your way.

      1. It is the largest snow fall huMom can remember in quite some time.
We let it dry out & then give it a quick shower & good drink & repeat 🐾 It receives plenty of natural light; perhaps that’s why?! HuMom is not great with plants but you didn’t hear that from me 😉🐾💜🐾

        1. That’s what we need. The only snow has been a couple of storms this month. We’ve got a lot of ground to make up. 😊 Stay safe.

    1. Oh sure, rub it in. 🤣 Snowflakes have been blooming in the Mile High, is that the same?

  4. Wow, you grow orchids to?! Is there anything you can’t do?

I’m really enjoying the flowers here in Beaufort, SC. We have both roses and azaleas blooming at the same time.

    1. Haha. That’s not one of mine. Last week’s blue one was but this one came from a visit to an outdoor orchid collection in Hawaii. Whenever I see that beautiful color, I remember that warm day and fabulous humidity.

    1. Thanks, we will. Hopefully spring will arrive soon. Winter has been a beast for so many this year.

  5. Danilo’s daughter is a nurse at the local hospital and I was talking to her about Sam and his colleagues and the work that they do.
‘Start that here’, she said ‘and half of them would want brahma bulls to visit them…’

    1. Pet Therapy isn’t limited to dogs or cats. I’ve heard of therapy pigs, horses and llamas. 😊

  6. we used to go to Longwood Gardens near Philly… and they have an orchid room…. the scent was divine. So many varieties.

  7. You two do such great things at the hospital. Hope that all goes well. The flowers are beautiful. We already have some daffodils blooming here. It seems early, but I guess they know what they are doing. LOL

    1. Sam does all the work, I just drive him. We came across some daffodils that were about 4″ above ground, hopefully it won’t be long. 💐

  8. I’m so ready for spring too. We’re in another storm this morning. Going to rain for the next five days and high winds for two days.

Have a fabulous Wordless Wednesday. Scritches to the pups. ♥

    1. The rain is nice, but the wind…ick. That’s the one thing I just can’t stand. Hope it’s not too bad. Happy Hump Day.
