Oh! My! Dog!!! That was Ducky all the way! She would bark at ANYBODY (except me) who dared to sit in HER corner of the couch (closest to my chair)! 🤣🐕🦺😇
My female OES, Puck, that I owned years ago used to do that to her ‘brother.’ She would bark at him whenever he was on ‘her spot’ as if she were trying to get him to play with her. He’d get excited and climb down to play and she’d totally ignore him and calmly hop up on the spot he’d just vacated. She was devious about it and did it frequently. Used to make me laugh all the time. The surprising thing was although he was smart and clever, he fell for it every. single. time. 🤣
I spent 40 years fighting with dogs for a couch.
Hahaha! I joke that I haven’t set on the couch since I bought it a few years ago. And it’s only a slight exaggeration. 😂
When we bought our last couch, the salesman was shocked when we turned down one he was pushing because the arm was too big for the dog.
Bwahahaha! I bought the car I have over a different one because I could fit both dogs in the back seat.

They are in my books. Not one of the local sports teams won this weekend (college teams on the other hand fared much better-go Colorado School of Mines-still undefeated!).
Broncos are believing in themselves. If they don’t make the playoffs this year, they are setting the stage for making noise next year. Keep the faith. Meanwhile, glad to know you are in tune with Orediggers football!
When it comes to the Broncos, I’ve become fairly cynical. The new ownership group has repeatedly proven they are not ready for prime time and continue to make seriously bad decisions. Over and over. It’s as if they’re trying to compete with the Colorado Rockies! And that’s saying something. 🤣
The Orediggers have had an amazing year. I wish they got more/better media coverage. You’d think they were the Florida State Seminoles with their perfect record being robbed of a chance for the championship game. Personally I’m of the belief that unless you’re in the SEC, you’ll always be treated like a red-headed stepchild.
Gracie is pretty good about sharing the chair, but she does insist on being in it if I’m there. Velcro dog.
