Hope your holiday weekend was full of joy and peace. The Ranch foreman surprised her Dad for the day. It was a lovely get together with family.
This week we’ll commemorate Earth Day (April 22). First held on April 22, 1970, it includes a wide range of events that are coordinated globally through the Earth Day website, with a billion people in more than 193 countries. Around the Ranch, we think it’s important for all of us to get serious about it…especially because of today’s political climate…you know, before coal comes roaring back and science becomes completely outlawed.

Just remember we’re all connected.
Happy Monday.
Live, love, bark! 🐾
MOL on the Earth-comic…We hope you had a wonderful Easter Weekend, Monika and Wilson🐰🥚Double Pawkisses for a Happy Day🐾😽💞
Thanks Peachy & Stippie…it was a lovely ‘howliday.’ Hope yours was equally as good.
Lulu: “Maybe the Earth needs to try a rowing machine next!”
If only that’d work, sweet Lulu.
This is great. I especially love Off the Mark! And I’d say I love “before coal comes roaring back and science becomes completely outlawed.” except for the truth in it. *sigh*
Off the Mark is always spot on. Everyday I hear something from the 50’s that contributed to where we’re at now and I have to smack my forehead. How can people be so un-evolved? Hope it’s been a good week thus far.
Yep, it has. Busy of course, but good.
Happy EARTH AY Miss Monika an Wilson. Love THE comick. An wee love THE werld pickture….wee ARE all connected!!

Glad you enjoyed the comic. Now to get everyone on the same page being connected which has kind of fallen by the wayside lately. Hugs and tail wiggles.
Furry true…so much iss goin on; peeps lost site of our planet….. Poor Mother Earth!
Happy Easter Monday!
Glad you had a nice gathering with your family. We did too.
Those are fun cartoons…but we all need to be stewards of our earth, no matter where we stand in the political world…taking care of what we are endowed with is never a bad thing, Happy Earth Day!
Thanks. Glad you also had a nice family get-together. Yes, we all bear responsibility in taking care of Planet Earth. Have a great week.
Happy Monday, Almost Tuesday! I just made it. LOL! Good comics!
Yay for being with family! Wonderful! ❤️
Glad you enjoyed today’s smile. Yes, Easter was lovely and I’m grateful to have been able to spend the day with family. Happy Monday!
💙🌎🌿🌱🌊
Yes!! Happy Monday.
Cute cartoons. XO
Thank you, Ellen. Happy Monday.
Those are really good ones!
Thanks Terry. Happy Monday.
Will we ever learn? And will it be enough at this point? These are somber questions that I really don’t know the answer to, and that’s sad.
But dang, earth is trying to get flat but it just isn’t in the cards LOL
As a species, we do tend to make the same mistakes, over and over. No wonder we’re not flat yet. 😉 Happy Monday, Marc.
Right!
Happy Monday
I wasn’t immediately which way the graphic would go. Thanks for the good choice. Havⁿe a good week
We really have to do better, otherwise, Planet Earth will be in deep stuff. Happy Monday.
As it turns out, Earth Day on the 22nd, means that it arrives one day after the birthday of John Muir. Seems just appropriate.
That’s absolutely appropriate! Thanks for sharing that salient tidbit. Happy Monday.
Happy Monday, Monika. I’m going to a seed library on Earth Day. I hope it works for a Sunday feature.
How cool is that!! Can’t wait to reads your post-hope you get some great seeds. Happy Monday.
It’s true……and I hope the Earth is never flat……there’s a lot of HOT AIR around these days though keeping it pumped up! I join the “ONWARD NOT BACKWARD” brigade. We are all in this together (well most of us anyway!).
Love, Pam
Excellent. Those of us non-flat earthers as well as the planet can use you! Happy Monday.
I relate to the earth’s attempt at a flat stomach
At my age, I totally understand the “not flat yet” part. 😆 Happy Monday.
Bwahahahahahahaha. Never going to be flat. I laughed out loud. We are all connected.
I linked this post to Awww Mondays.
Have a fabulous day and week. A big hug to you and lots of scritches to Wilson. ♥
Thanks so much for the hookup, Sandee. Yeah, I know what you mean. At my age, flat ain’t in my dictionary anymore. Happy Monday. Wilson sends soft pupster mwahs. 😘
Well said M! In regards to the weekend I’m happy to report that my 2 year old granddaughter found every single hidden plastic egg. Three or four times! 😊…. It’s not hard to trick into to thinking there were four times as many eggs as she thought. Have a great week at the ranch. It’s the two or three weeks a year that everything is green at the Golden K.
That’s awesome. I remember when my youngest grandkids came over for a egg hunt in my garden. I included the usual jelly beans and chocolate bits in the fake eggs and in others I’d include some coins. Damn squirrels trashed most of the eggs before they arrived. I always hoped they chipped a tooth or two.
Next year I’ll color eggs some for Halia-she loves eggs and look forward to her enjoying a fun rite of childhood. Happy Monday.
Earth Day is always important!
Even more so these days! Happy Monday.
Happy Earth Day, more important than ever!
It sure is. Happy Monday, Lisa.
I do an annual Earth Day post, too. That exercise meme is darling.
Thanks, Jacqui. Now more than ever, people must speak up for our environment. Here’s to a happy Monday.
Amen!
👍🏻 Here’s to a Happy Monday as well.
Indeed we are all connected…with, it seems, the exception of the rich and powerful who seem to have cut off the rest of the world.
I’m afraid you’re right on that, Helen. Now more than ever, we must reinforce our connection to the physical world. Happy Monday.
But, but … many, too many, are trying to flatten everything … Hands Off! 50501! And everything else one/me/you can reasonably do to move forward, not backward.
We totally are there with you, Ann and June. It’s more important now than ever. Hope you two have a happy Monday.
