I have to have my coffee too. Tippy knows she has to wait until I get mine started brewing before she goes out. I tell her she should know that she is loved because I do take her out before it is done and I’ve had a sip or two. LOL

I love my Keurig brewer! It’s so EASY. Except when it’s … difficult. 😂 But yes, I must have my two mugsful to wake up. Especially on mornings that I put in my externship hours!

nothing like the first cup. I love really strong french roast, with lots of milk. It’s always a rush of flavor. I’m having one now with you! Puppy at my feet and not biting them for a moment. Drew took the dervish this morning to let me sleep another hour and whew! Maybe I can handle the day now, with an hour of sleep and cup of coffee. Milo sends little puppy nips to sam and elsa and auntie M.

I’ve now gone off dairy as well as sugar, so that effectively eliminates coffee, too. But I was never big on it. Tea, mostly herbal, has taken its place. (No dairy has been much easier than no sugar!)

I’ve barely noticed the dairy drop since there are so many good subs we already have in the house cause of Jeff. It’s ice cream in the summer I am going to miss! (Bryers Rocky Road – isn’t that half gallon a single serving size?)
