It’s Friday and the start of a brand new month, September and one of my favorite months. I thought this meme from the summer summed up today pawfectly. Wishing you and yours a fantastic howliday weekend (it’s Labor Day in the US) and may your labors be all in the fun category.

And to the powers to be, please let Texas and Louisiana in pawticular, feel some sunshine.

  4. Sand Spring Chesapeakes – Cambria, WI – My husband and I have six "furry" children Gambler, Glory, Guilty, Slammer, Gertie and one cat Bones and two furangel's Norman and Nellie. We breed Chesapeake Bay Retrievers. We are both avid hunters. We also enjoy competing with our dogs in hunt tests and field trials. That is where you can find us during the trial months which are April-September. When were not at a trial we are busy training our dogs. We go snow goose hunting in Canada each year and do all the hunting that Wisconsin offers.

  8. oooooo! I wants one of those Sam Plants please!!!! Even some seeds will do, i can grow one myself! Wait…that doesn’t sound right….. Anyhu, I wish it felt like Sept. here, it’s 108 right now and for the next two days, then a cool 100!
    Sendin’ lots of prayers and AireZens to those tryin’ to dry out! I hope peeps keep helpin’ each other and stay kind.
