Let’s begin the week with a smile. This one comes from our Indian Hills friends. They know how to cast a good pun.

For those unfamiliar, the pinyon is an evergreen pine tree well-known in the Western U.S. These trees are near my parent’s house.

Here’s to a week full of pinyon smiles.
Live, love, bark! š¾

I love businesses with a sense of humor on their signs!
These guys are always fun.
That’s a good one – the world sure could use a lot more smiles and reasons to smile.

Some people have a knack for it, don’t they? So good!
Hope you had a fabulous Monday!
Itās been good even though itās winter again. š
Ugh. Keep it, K?
Spring storms aren’t so bad. They deliver much needed moisture and melt quickly. Wearing coats and gloves though…now that is a different story. š
Exactly. I’m done with the winter clothing!
It’ll be nice not having to wear these for a whileš§£š§¤š§¦š„¾ Now to find the flip flops and dream of lounging about on the patio without a show shovel.
I feel ya!! Been wearing flip flops in the house… just coz.
That’s the spirit!
I love pinyon trees…we saw them more down south!
Happy Monday!
Theyāre as beautiful to look at as they are yummy to snack on the nuts š

Pinyons are favored by pine needle basket makers
They’re especially favored by me since their nuts are sooooo tasty. š
That’s a great Monday-morning smile maker! Thanks! I needed that!
Hope it’s just the first of many smiles this week.
A matter of a pinyan…woof, BOL, BOL, we are rolling in the grass, laughing, BOL. Xena and Lucy
I know! It totally cracked me up. š¤£
Great pun. Thanks for the explanation. š
These trees are so lovely and produce one of my favorite nuts on top of looking good.
No trees for us here, though, I believe.
That’s a surprise since they are indigenous to the Southwest.
Well, maybe I need to find out.
In my opinyon that is pretty punny. š¤. Have a great week!
Bwahaha! Good one, Michael! Nothing like a pun for a pun.
A pun I haven’t heard–good one and a tree I did not know.
Excellent. This tree is one of our favorites and pinyon nuts….yum, yum…a tasty treat to go along with a beautiful tree.
