    1. Getting away is a good thing these days…so long as one’s feet on firmly planted on the ground. ๐Ÿ˜Š

  1. Funny but I find being up in a balloon just a little bit – well – scary although I have NO PROBLEM riding around in the sky in our little Cessna 150. Go figure.

    Hugs, Pam

    1. I feel the exact same way (though can’t say as I’ve ever been in a small plane, I prefer the roar of a 737 myself). ๐Ÿ˜Š

  2. That looks like a blast. 20 years ago when I was working for a Christian radio station, I was the only one to volunteer when one of our sponsors wanted someone to sky dive. Unfortunately (or maybe fortunately) they cancelled. My bones are a bit too brittle now to attempt it.

    1. โ€˜Lookโ€™ being the operative word. Personally I like my feet on the ground ๐Ÿ˜Š

    1. You can sit under my umbrella-Iโ€™m right there with you. With a chilled beverage I might add ๐Ÿ–๐Ÿน

  3. I went up at the Festival in ABQ a few years ago. It was like nothing else. It seemed the balloon was still and the earth and sky and other balloons were changing their space around us. A lovely feeling. ๐ŸŒž๐ŸŒต๐Ÿฆ‹

    1. Wish I would have visited my sister in ABQ before she moved to the East Coast. The images of all those balloons are stunning especially in the early morning light.

  4. I’ve always wanted to do that, but my fear of heights has always prevented me from doing this. I’m to old now. Oh well.

Have a fabulous Wordless Wednesday. Scritches to Norman and Elsa and a hug to you. โ™ฅ
