Only good thing in snow is that it reflects the light from the space and it is lighter. Oh yes, if there is lots of snow it makes all the noise softer.
Oh yes! Walks on fresh snow are delightfully peaceful.

Good Thursday morning to you as well. It’s a beautiful day in the Mile High and I’m looking forward to 50+ degrees today (especially after yesterday’s chilling 10º greeting me first thing).

Depending on how the Gulf Stream flows, it may be a trend that impacts weather for the next several days. There are some big storms hitting the Sierra Nevada’s (heard they can expect 5-8 feet today…yes FEET and potential flooding in Southern Cal).

I wish that we could be done with this week already! The heat in our new house stopped working – just to keep us on our toes in case we were getting bored.

So sorry to hear your heat is kaput. I had that happen one year during a blizzard. Had to sleep with the dogs like Eskimos for us to stay warm u til the new one arrived from the west coast. Try to stay warm.
