Only good thing in snow is that it reflects the light from the space and it is lighter. Oh yes, if there is lots of snow it makes all the noise softer.

Depending on how the Gulf Stream flows, it may be a trend that impacts weather for the next several days. There are some big storms hitting the Sierra Nevadaās (heard they can expect 5-8 feet todayā¦yes FEET and potential flooding in Southern Cal).

So sorry to hear your heat is kaput. I had that happen one year during a blizzard. Had to sleep with the dogs like Eskimos for us to stay warm u til the new one arrived from the west coast. Try to stay warm.
