Yeah, I saw the 4-8” forecast. It is t spring without a few storms, right? We had snow as far along as early May the past 3 years. I love that things are starting to green up though. Stay warm and cozy the next couple of days.
Free spirited kids. It’s a great image to keep handy when events begin to dampen the spirit. It’s still in all of us, young and old. Just need to let it shine once and a while. 🤟
Exactly! As I passed by this statute (which is at a home for children) I had to smile at the joy on the faces. When I still worked, I actually met someone who lived there until her family from Cuba could join her.
Lulu: “I see the ring, but where’s the rosie?”
Its time to put a ring on spring.
Although I’d never say this again, count me in the “I do” column.
Haha!

I laid egg. I had to keep it o 3 words.
Bravo to you (also 3 words).
I like the end of winter just fine. I celebrated by laying an egg.
While there have been (and will continue to be) more spring storms, Sunday’s official arrival makes us excited for garden color.
This has got to be outside of a school. It sure is a great statue!
School-now…yes. It used to be an orphanage before.
Thank GOODNESS! The sculpture looks like the embodiment of Ring Around the Rosie. Do kids still play that these days?
Not unless there’s an online version. I can’t help but wonder if kids even go outside anymore!
What an adorable photo that is…….pure happiness and fun – which we ALL can use these days!
Hugs, Pam
Why thank you. It’s one joyful looking outdoor piece of art, isn’t it?
“The Last Spring In Pompeii”
Bwahahaha! Especially since winter decided to reappear today with a nice wet, slushy snow. Pompei could have benefitted from today’s weather.
I love that sculpture. Wow!! But I have to ask, have you looked at the weather forecast? I guess spring will come after these next couple of storms!

It is in the air! YAY!
It seems that way and I for one am thrilled with that prospect!
Temps in the 60’s today, gorgeous…but I’m afraid to put away my winter clothes in case I jinx the arrival of spring! Great statue.
Yeah, I never put all of winter threads away until Memorial Day! We’ve had snow on Mother’s Day the past 3 years.
I hope you’re right, because every time we think Spring is here, we get dumped on with snow and cold again! 🙂
In this area, spring isn’t spring without a snowstorm or three. 😁 But at least we’re beginning to see subtle signs.
HURRAH!!! WEE READY!!!!

Yes! Let’s!
You’re on!
Sweet!
spring around for spring yay!
We’re dancing a jig just thinking about it!
I remember doing just that. This made me smile.
Thank you for joining the Wordless Wednesday Blog Hop.
Have a fabulous Wordless Wednesday. Scritches to the pups, a smooch to Norman and a big hug to mom. ♥
The unbridled joy of kids is so infectious. Happy mid-week.
Yay!
Yay indeed!
Love that picture of joy in this dismal present world. Thanks for the encouragement.
Happy to share-we’re all needing a bit of encouragement and this left me feeling a tad hopeful.
