No worries here – he has his “day bed” and he has his “Night Bed” although, having said that, they are interchangeable as the spirit moves him. :o)
The Ranch crew can make just about any spot a bed. Last count, there are actually 7 ‘official’ beds around the Ranch. and yet as I glance over to them now, they’re both laying on the area carpet. LOL
The trio of terror think it is great fun to steal the humans’ spots.

Xena will do let me roll her around the bed by lifting covers she is laying on before moving because I asked her to.
Consider yourself lucky. You can see the reaction of the Knuckleheads when the mere suggestion of moving is broached. 😊
What a beautiful photo of Sam and Elsa! Mom and I think they think right. 😂😂😂 Mom says everything in this house belongs to me and they must ask permission to use it. I think that is the way it is supposed to work and Sam and Elsa know that as well. 😅
The dogs have made it ‘pawfectly’ care that I am merely a squatter around the Ranch. And that’s cool by me. 🥰

do you know that Dakota is allowed on the sofa but has NEVER, EVER gone there on his own? I think when we got him at 8 months old that he probably wasn’t allowed on the sofa at his former home and it stuck with him!
Elsa has become rather comfortable on the sofa. I cannot bear the thought of denying her (or Sam in his old age) that small comfort. Even if I have to sit on the floor. 😊

It seems they figured out that while they may have evolved from wolves, they realized real fast that we have comfy fur-niture.

Yup – possession rules and, as Ray can stretch out to fill our 2-seater sofa very nicely, we are very familiar with the problem.
