After several attempts at trying to introduce the patriarch of the family to the newest editions, we finally were able to put it together this weekend. Five generations convened at my house with a bonus, my sister and her husband from Texas were visiting. I think it was easier to scheduling telephone conference calls with high level executives in multiple time zones across the world but it finally happened-everyone was in good health, good cheer and seemed to enjoy themselves even though it was crowded with so many people in my little house (and in several cases, partners/spouses snapping away).
We hope you had as fun a weekend as we did and all your encounters shared as many smiles. Happy Monday.
HURRAH!!!! Wee so happy youss’ got to bee twogether an have such a lovelee time!! THE Hu’man Kit iss so cute lookin up at THE man…iss hee GranPaw or Grate GranPaw? Pawsum foto eether way…..

Java Bean: “Ayyy, it’s good to see the crew together! Our Mama and Dada went to see some of his cousins and his aunt up north for the first time in a long time this weekend, and they had a nice visit too!”
That is one special photo – not just because everyone is smiling but for so many other reasons as well – family photos are permanently cherished and forever enjoyed. Overflowing love in this photo – the baby is just so darn cute! A special family reunion for sure……..thanks for sharing some of it with us………….
OMD!!! How wonderful! Five generations all in one place doesn’t happen very often. Congrats to you all! What precious little one, the star of the whole show!!
Thanks so much for the sweet message. You’re right, not everyday you see 5 generations! Halia’s totally the belle of the ball. Just like her mom was back when she arrived as the first grand baby.
Lovely photographs. The patriarch looks very happy with the new edition of ” The Clan”. It’s lovely when you can get the family together. I have no idea where most of mine are- scattered across the globe and the U.K.
Many thanks, Sandee. We have so much to be grateful for these days and this get together underscores it all. Thanks for hosting! Hugs and tail wags to you.
We think so too. I wish we could have had the dogs in the pic as the cherry on top. Elsa gets a bit overwhelmed with that many people (though she was happy for all the ear rubs) and Wilson wasn’t quite sure to make of all the folks either. Still, it was one of the happiest days to be able to share such an occasion. My Dad was able to also meet a new great grandchild earlier in the day in the opposite side of town. His heart was full of love and joy. 💙
Thanks. For a while there I thought we might solve the problems in the middle east given all the rescheduling we had to do to get it to work with us being spread out. The original plan was to go to his house but another grandchild was born and we finally were able to get everyone together here in Denver. 💙
It was wonderful. My cousin was bummed because he never did get the one with our great-grandmother down to his kids but he sure made sure it happened when his daughter had a son and our grandmother was still around! 🧡
My only regret was that my Mom didn’t live long enough to see it. She would have been in 7th heaven. Family was everything to her and mattered the most, just like for my Dad. Halia’s name means ‘in remembrance’ in Hawaiian and was specifically chosen for all the grands who didn’t get to met her in person.
Now, this gave us a smile too…see😺😸 It’s so special to have 5 generations💗Extra Five Pawkisses for a Happy Day to all of you🐾😽💞
Thank you! It’s been such a wondrous thing for our family.

Actually, he’s a great, great grandpa and was on cloud 9 all weekend. 💙
Ya did it! And it looks like everyone had a great time, which is fantastic, mama!
Thanks! Yup…it finally happened. And we couldn’t have been happier about it. 💙
That’s the best.
What a special get-together for everyone! Adorable baby <3
Aww, thanks, Lisa. We think she’s a pretty special edition to our crazy family. 😂

❤️
Happy family to you… 🎶
Thanks so much, Mike. We are so very blessed.
Five generations. That is amazing. Happy Monday to you.
Many thanks, Thomas. We are in awe about that statistic…all the time! I know very few 5-generation families. Hope your Monday was excellent!
Five generations together is definitely special … cheers to your effort to make it happen. Have a wonderful week.
Thanks very much, Frank. It was such a wondrous family thing. Happy Monday!

Thank you. Family is the most important part of life for my Dad. He was absolutely in heaven meeting her!
How awesome to have everyone together. It was work all the work to get people there.
It was challenging but it all finally came together and we enjoyed every single minute of our get together.
Very sweet photos. How blessed you are to have 5 generations. XO
Thanks. I haven’t stopped smiling just thinking about it. 💙
Such a sweet little one and a wonderful generational portrait!
Thanks Terry. It was such a welcomed get together-we all had a great time together.
That is wonderful! What a great picture!
Thanks. Getting that photo made my heart soar.
❤️
Wow Monika, what wonderful moments and memories you’ve created here bringing five generations together! 🧡
Thank you, Xenia. It’s definitely something we are beyond thrilled about.
A lovely photo, Monika. Five generations in one place is a marvel. You and your family look terrific. The baby looking at your Dad is a classic.
Thanks, John. It was one of those days were everyone couldn’t stop smiling.
😊
You did it at last! How precious to have a photo of all 5 generations. 💕
Thanks, Eliza. Yes, it took some massaging to get everyone’s schedule squared away, but it was so worthwhile. My Dad was in hog heaven with the baby.
you had a wonderful weekend… for many many more…
It truly was wonderful and oh-so special.
What a lovely post. The best Monday Musings ever. Getting five generations together is amazing. Beautiful family you have.
Thank you for joining the Awww Mondays Blog Hop.

Many thanks, Sandee. We have so much to be grateful for these days and this get together underscores it all. Thanks for hosting! Hugs and tail wags to you.
I love how the baby is looking up at your dad. Is that her parents on either side of you?
Isn’t it sweet? Yes, that’s my son and his daughter on either side of me.
Oh how nice. It is always the best time when family can come together.

Very sweet! So glad it worked out for everyone to get together like that.

How wonderful! We had five generations for a while there, too! Twice, actually!
So glad you were able to get together for the photo. Precious souvenir.
Wow, that’s awesome. Good for you and your family. It’s not everyday you have 5 living generations. 💙

Yeah, I bet. And for sure she would have. Awww. What a beautiful name and the reason for choosing it, all the more so.

What a lovely, happy occasion!
Indeed it was! Just joy and love…all around.
