Don’t you wonder what Gary Larson has been up to in the 20 years since he retired? I mean, how do you turn a brain like that off? Wish he’d put out a special edition of new cartoons, or something. The world could use is…
From what I discovered about Larson, his website alluded to a “new online era of The Far Side” in September 2019. He released three new comics on July 8, 2020, his first in 25 years. He’s always been fairly reclusive and has done some occasional cartoon work, including magazine illustrations and promotional artwork for The Far Side merchandise. I read that he’s quite the environmentalist at heart.
That’s exactly what happened!
It could explain a heck of a lot around the Ranch. 🤣
