~ Tails Around the Ranch

SamFourteen years ago today, a small apricot-colored curly, bundle of knuckleheaded-ness entered the world. Who knew at the time this silly boy would bring so much joy to everyone whose path crossed his way? Elsa here. Although he wouldn’t arrive at the Ranch until he was two, that photo was one of the earliest images showing his sweetness.

While he may not be quite the same pogo-stick he was when he joined mom, the boy’s still got game and continues to walk anywhere from 2-4 miles a day. Please join me in wishing him many happy returns. Come back tomorrow to see the blackmail photos highlights from his party. Happy birthday, bro! Mom and I love ya, even if you’re a goofball.

  4. Seeing these family members, I need to take part in a paw sitivly furry warm chair. With my human eating chicken I always have my muzzle on the arm of her chair. Barking is permitted since I want a trip to the ice cream drive thru. Till later, cat chasing is permitted her.

  29. CC – Cristina is Italian born, and though she has lived most of her life all over the U.S. she considers herself Italian...she just can't speak it very well! As with many other things, she is working on that (although it's a bit harder the older she gets). Still, there are just so many hours in a day. After leaving the lovely climes of Southern California she went to the heat, humidity, and insect-infested state of Alabama. She struggled for five years to be a "big girl" amidst the crickets-on-steroids, the snakes, scorpions, and other creepy crawlers of the day (and night!). It really is true what they say; "It's a jungle out there!" After another stint in Northern Virginia she is trying once again to find a new normal (as well as some bliss) in her new state, Florida. Cristina is happily married to a loving husband and has two grown children. Her medium-standard poodle love crossed the rainbow bridge in 2023 but he remains forever in her heart.

My passion has always been to create compelling stories of fiction. I have authored six novels and am working on my Seventh.
